1. Scope of Services

CyberGuard Train offers instructor-led cybersecurity guard training sessions for security personnel. Scheduling, duration, and content are described on the course page. Participants must follow all guidelines provided during enrollment.

2. Digital Products

Downloadable study guides, video tutorials, and assessment materials are available for purchase. Access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed.

3. Physical Goods

Branded training manuals, uniforms, and equipment may be purchased. Shipping details and handling times are specified at checkout.

4. Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Services

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 30 days of enrollment by contacting Customer Support. Approved reimbursements will be processed via the same payment channel within seven business days. Participants may opt to reschedule sessions as an alternative to reimbursement, provided they notify support at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Certain customized or on-site training programs are non-reimbursable due to dedicated resource commitments. This limitation is clearly noted in each program description.

4.2 Digital Products

Reimbursement requests for digital products must be filed within 14 days of purchase and only if less than twenty percent of the content has been accessed. Upon approval, funds will be issued via the original payment channel within seven business days.

4.3 Physical Goods

Customers have 14 days from delivery to report any defects or dissatisfaction. Approved reimbursements require that items be shipped back in their original packaging at the purchaser’s cost. Once the item is received and inspected, funds will be credited through the same payment method within ten business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, and documentation are owned by CyberGuard Train. No portion may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

Training content is provided “as is” for educational purposes. CyberGuard Train does not guarantee specific employment outcomes and is not liable for actions taken based on course materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the total fees paid for the service or product in question.
